  1. One-time $150 bonus will be awarded for redemption when you are approved for a new State Farm Premier Cash Rewards card and after eligible net purchases totaling $500 or more are made within 90 days from account opening. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Cash back is not earned for Advances (including wire transfers, travelers checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, lottery tickets and ATM disbursements), Convenience Checks, Balance Transfers, and Fees, credit insurance charges, transactions to fund certain prepaid card products, U.S. Mint purchases, or transactions to purchase cash convertible items. Please allow 6-8 weeks after you have met the spend requirement for your bonus to be credited to your rewards balance. Existing and previous State Farm Premier Cash Rewards accounts do not qualify for this one-time bonus. This offer may not be combined with any other bonus offer. Offer is subject to credit approval.

  2. Cash back is only earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. You will earn 3% cash back for every $1 of the first $4,000 spent annually on Purchases classified as insurance, starting with your January statement and 1% cash back after that. “Annually” is defined as the period of time starting with your January statement (which may include transactions made in December) and running through your December statement (which may not include all transactions made in December). You will earn 2% cash back for every $1 spent on Purchases at merchants classified as gas stations, electric vehicle charging stations, restaurants, fast-food restaurants, bars, grocery stores, food delivery services and drug stores. You will earn 1% cash back for every $1 on all other eligible Purchases. Purchases at or delivery from discount/retail stores that sell groceries may not qualify for the grocery store or grocery delivery category. Each merchant’s business is identified by a category code established by Visa. A Purchase will not earn cash back if the category code applied to a merchant is in a category that is not eligible for cash back earning. We do not determine the category codes applied to merchants’ businesses and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify for additional cash back. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to  fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details. Account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) on the closing date of the billing cycle in order to earn and redeem cash back. Cash back is redeemed in the form of a statement credit or a deposit made to your U.S. Bank savings or checking account, or as a Rewards Card ($25 minimum redemption). Subject to applicable law, cash back rewards will expire at 11:00 p.m. Central Time at the end of the calendar quarter, that is three (3) years from the date on which they were earned.

  3. Cash back is only earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. You will earn 3% cash back for every $1 of the first $4,000 spent annually on Purchases classified as insurance, starting with your January statement and 1% cash back after that. Annually is defined as the period of time starting with your January statement (which may include transactions made in December) and running through your December statement (which may not include all transactions made in December). You will also earn 3% cash back for every $1 spent on Purchases at merchants classified as gas stations, electric vehicle charging stations, office supply stores, dining, restaurants, fast-food restaurants, bars, food delivery services and cell phone service providers. You will earn 1% cash back for every $1 on all other eligible Purchases. Purchases for gasoline greater than $200 are not considered an automotive gasoline Purchase and do not qualify for the gas station category.

  4. An automatic statement credit of $100 per 12-month period will be applied to your State Farm Business Cash Rewards Account within two (2) statement billing cycles following 11 consecutive months of eligible software service purchases made directly with a software service provider. Eligible software service providers are identified by their Merchant Category Code (MCC) and purchases made at discount/retail stores or online retailers may not qualify. We do not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any portion or all of any software services credit for unauthorized purchases or transaction credits. Account must be in good standing (open and able to use) to receive the credit.

  5. Late payments and going over the credit limit may damage your credit history.
